2 cups Vanilla yogurt (I used Dannon All Natural Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt)
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 orange, juiced
1 banana, sliced
1/2 orange, sectioned
1/2 pint fresh blueberries
1/2 pint fresh raspberries
1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and cut in half
1 bunch seedless green grapes, halved

Granola
Combine the yogurt and honey in a bowl and set aside (can be mixed a day ahead and refrigerated). Toast almonds in a 350 degree oven until almonds are brown (can be toasted the day before - place in an air tight container). Combine the orange juice and banana slices in a separate bowl. Add the orange sections, berries and grapes and gently mix the fruit mixture together prior to serving. Set out the fruit salad, yogurt, almonds and granola; then let your guests add what they want to the fruit. Serves 8.
