Hot Chicken Salad

Karen remember this one? Darlene made this for us at our luncheon concluding our very first Beth Moore study (Jesus the One and Only).

2 C cooked, diced chicken (or 2 cans of chicken)
1 C sliced celery
1/2 C sliced almonds
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
2 T lemon juice
2 t grated onion
3/4 C mayonnaise
1/2 C grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 C crushed potato chips

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Combine all ingredients (except last two) in bowl. Put mixture into casserole dish. Next add cheese and then top with chips. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve immediately.
