Blueberry Dessert

Another recipe I tried at a leadership meeting. Niki said she normally likes to serve it warm with vanilla ice cream. This was so comforting and delicious. As a matter of fact the night we had this was on our first snow day of the year.

Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking oil
Pour an undrained can of crushed pineapple in the bottom of pan
Sprinkle with a yellow cake mix
Put 3-4 cups fresh/frozen blueberries on top
Sprinkle the blueberries with a little sugar
Pour 1 cup chopped pecans on top
Drizzle with one stick of butter
Cook around 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees....

Super easy!! Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
